My HVAC system went out 3 weeks ago. Carolina Comfort were able to come out the next day to see what would need to be... done to get me running once again. Unfortunately, my system was over 20 years old, and it was time to replace it. The install team was prompt, courteous, and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing.Bottom line:The professionalism that this company has is amazing. They were on time, communicated well, are extremely knowledgeable, and saved me money. I highly recommend their services.read more

Carolina Comfort really came through!!!!The first meeting with Brian who really understood what type of problems we... had always had with our system and had a straight forward plan to take care of things went great. Next the install team with Barry were GREAT!! On time both days and did a fantastic job. the system is working perfect. A few days later Brian and Cole came by for a post install visit to check over everything and make sure we were satisfied. Great company Great People!!read more

Not satisfied with the service they provided because there was an air leak in the duct system that they should have... caught it was causing my unit to overworked. I was able to catch the problem myself not going to rely on them anymore.read more

Called and was scheduled for same day service. Jacob was earlier than expected but they called to make sure that was OK... and that I could take an earlier time slot.Jacob was thorough and professional in trying to locate the cause of the water spots on my ceiling leading to and from a register. He spent 50 minutes in my attic looking. He was not able to find the source but offered possibilities of the culprit and possible solutions for the issue.Jacob also offered me renewed faith in this business because I had a bad encounter with a previous technician.read more

We've had a service contract with Carolina Comfort off and on for years. We used another company one time and... immediately regretted it. We had to call CC in to fix that work and decided we'd never go with anyone else again. Because of that, we had them do the HVAC inspection on our new home and also got them to do a second opinion after the buyer of our old home provided their own HVAC inspection report from someone else. It saved us from doing some unnecessary work. The technicians are always friendly, respectful of our home, and explain everything really well. Would absolutely recommend using Carolina Comfort.read more

I bought a mini-split (heating and air) unit for my room over in March 2018. They came very quickly and installed the... unit. I have been very happy with the installation, service and performance of the unit. Carolina Comfort came back for a complimentary service check and said that I have have another complimentary service check left. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
